1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using AUTOCLAVE CONNECT PRO ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for managing autoclave sterilization cycles.

3. DATA PROTECTION & RGPD/GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR/RGPD regulations. Your data includes:

• User account information (name, email, role)
• Sterilization cycle records and traceability logs
• Audit logs for compliance and security

4. DATA RETENTION

Sterilization records are retained for regulatory compliance (minimum 10 years). You may request data export or deletion subject to legal obligations.

5. AUDIT LOGGING

All actions are logged for traceability and ISO compliance. Logs include timestamps, user ID, IP address, and action performed.

6. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT: reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, lease, or use the Software for illegal purposes.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee error-free operation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Software use.

9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update this EULA. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by applicable international data protection laws and regulations.
